Learning to Listen with Our Hearts — 4 Comments

  1. Another morning without a visible sunrise. Rain has greeted my mornings repeatedly this past month . My family checks on me as I do them praying for one who has been quite ill. Another who cares for extended family remembering one who no longer remembers. I praise God that I am “able” at my age to care for myself and am able to help at the resale store and see many like myself and youngsters who know where the kids room is. My life is blessed with friends like you ,Susie. Have a blessed day.

  2. Thanks, Diana! You are blessed with family that checks on you. They are blessed with one who prays for them. Yes, we both can praise God that we are able to care for ourselves and help others. You bless my heart.

  3. This is so good and such a timely reminder! We know these things but over time, tend to push them to the back and not think about them. How good it is to read them over again and put them back in the front of our brain where they need to stay! I, too, have problems focusing and am distracted too easily! Thank you for this timely and, much-needed REMINDER!!!!

  4. Thank you, Sheri! It’s a challenge at times to listen to others. For myself, I have to realize I do not know what someone is thinking or feeling unless I take the time to listen carefully. We all need reminders from time-to-time. Love and prayers for you and your sweet family.
